The Community Learning and Development (CLD) Partnership consists of six local partnerships across North Lanarkshire. These partnerships involve many of the local services that have a role in developing Community Learning and Development through adult learning, college courses, community groups, employability programmes, health projects, libraries, volunteering, youth groups and everything in between! The six local partnerships link into one North Lanarkshire wide CLD Partnership which aims to provide strategic support for the sector.
